Welcome to Quiet Kid Interview Prep, operated by J. Hines Educational Consulting, LLC ("we," "us"). By using this website or buying the tool, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain.
Quiet Kid Interview Prep is an educational tool for parents preparing a child for a private-school admissions interview. It draws on Jennifer Hines's experience as a former Dean of Admission. It gives you guidance, practice questions, prep tools, and a personalized "portrait" — a short written note about how your child seemed to show up in an at-home practice run, based on what you reported.
It is for the parent. It is designed never to address or interact with the child directly.
All content — the frameworks, the guide, the questions, the tools, and the site — belongs to J. Hines Educational Consulting, LLC and is protected by copyright. Buying the tool gives you a personal license to use it, not ownership of the content.
The tool is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Our refund policy is set out separately in our Refund Policy · About Jennifer and is incorporated here by reference.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool, including any admissions outcome. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above.
